Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
A: Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.Also, during the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
A: There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of either party, on a case-to-case basis.
