Returning An Item

We accept returned items from the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and a Returned Merchandise Authority number (RMA#),issued by us. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of any returned packaging. To obtain an RMA#

  • Contact us via e-mail, phone, or contact us through your On-Line account and have available the original invoice number for us to reference, and the reason for the return. If you qualify our Returns Department will provide:

  • An RMA#
  • An email with detailed return shipping instructions
  • Shipping Returns

  • Pack everything that came with the product using the original packaging.
  • Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package. If we didn't provide you with a return shipping label, make sure to include the RMA# on the package
  • Ship the package to the address specified.
  • Receive Your Refund or Exchange
  • After we receive your package you can expect to see the refund, (less any applicable restocking fees), credited to the payment method used when you originally placed your order. If you selected an exchange, we will ship your replacement upon receipt of your returned item.

    Restocking Fees

    All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We'll waive the restocking fees if we made a mistake or if the product was delivered defective. We also may waive the restocking fee if you decide to exchange your product with another purchase (some restrictions apply).

    Which products can be returned or exchanged?

    Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original packaging and the items are in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to deduct up to the full value of the product for items not received in this condition.

    Products that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that shipped via LTL freight, typically oversized and heavy items
  • Products that have been installed on your vehicle
  • Products that have been modified (drilled, painted or altered in any way)
  • Under what conditions may I return an item?

    Damaged Product

    On receipt of your purchase please inspect the packaging for any damage. Please do not install the damaged item and call us right away. Please note, once the damaged item has been installed, it is impossible for us to prove shipping damage.

    Incorrect Product

    When you buy from, you can rest assured that you'll get the right part for your vehicle, or we'll make it right.

    If you've received an incorrect product, or if we've guaranteed fitment on your order, and the product does not fit your vehicle, contact us, and we'll start the return process for you.

     Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    Returns happen, and we're here to make the experience easy! In some cases, you are responsible for return shipping, but we can offer you a discounted return shipping label. If your item arrived defective, we made a mistake, or you wish to exchange your item, we will happily take care of the return shipping.

     Can I cancel an order once it's been placed?

    Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so before the order ships. If we cannot cancel your order before it ships, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back subject to our return policy and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

    Lost Package

    If your tracking information says delivered, but you haven't received your package yet, let us know. We will work with the carrier to get to the bottom of it.

    Important Note:

    Please do not return any items without first contacting us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authority) number. Goods returned without an RMA# that arrive ‘Freight Collect’ may be refused and will be returned to you by the shipping company with the accompanying additional freight charges.
