Just a quick notification to all interested that this Black Horse Off Road Rear Bumper Guard (8D112116A) is a 100% CONFIRMED fit for a 2015 Nissan Xterra. Be sure you receive the FULL set of installation instructions to cover all Xterras from 2005-2011/2012-2015. The frame near the rear bumper IS different (rear tie down loops in the '05s to '11s; NOT on '12s to '15s), so you'll need the complete PDF instructions to cover your particular year model.
Absolutely NO drilling or body modification is necessary for installation, and it took longer to unwrap the guard from shipping packaging then it took to properly install this excellent double tube rear bumper guard. The guard is very sturdy and looks sharp on the back of the Xterra. A high quality bumper and brackets & hardware, and is a fine modification & addition for the Xterra. This bumper is NOT recommended for serious off-roading/rock-crawling as you will lose some ground clearance (rear approach/exit angle) due to the additional bumper size, so keep you "X" on the normal trails that will not rub your rear bumper/stock mounted spare tire. This bumper will ward of wayward shopping carts or similar object(s), but will not offer significant rear-end protection from someone hitting you from behind.
In all, an outstanding rear bumper guard that is highly recommended for any mild to moderate 2005-2015 Xterras. Hope this helps!
